Morehouse Recruiter in Los Angeles until Nov. 10

We have Mr. John Hobbs, the Morehouse recruiter responsible for California in Los Angeles right now, and we want to make sure we get him in front of our best and brightest students. He has a dynamic presentation and we want these kids to hear it. Two things we want to do are

1. Give him the names and contact information of great candidates for the school. He would need Name, School, Phone Number, email and any other vital information. If you have neighbors or friends with young men in the 11th or 12th grade, or a young man of your own, help us spread the positive benefits of Morehouse to those students.

2. Volunteer to host a meeting at your home, office or church where students can join as a group, hear a presentation and interact with the recruiter. We really need to make this happen, and hopefully, this can be a yearly interaction. It would need to be on Nov 9 or 10, 2007, so please let me know ASAP.

Hi Eric:

The young men of the Inland Empire would love to have a Morehouse presentation. I am able to secure a facility at Arroyo Valley High School in San Bernardino on October 9th. I will let John determine whether he wants to speak in the morning or afternoon.

My mentee, Keyshaud Gree, just mailed his application to Morehouse for early consideration and I would really like for him to speak with John. I also have a few other prospective students in the area who need to hear him speak.

The IE is a good location since there is a large population of potential students. Could we possibly do a 2nd presentation in the South LA Area as well? Maybe contact Crenshaw or View Park Prep. Dorsey and Fairfax High also come to mind.

He is visiting schools in the area. We just really need to get him in front of good students who are interested in hearing about MOrehouse from any school. And some of the best candidates might be at smaller schools as well.
